Endocrinology Physician Assistant:


Looking for a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner for an endocrinology privately owned
small practice in North Scottsdale. Raintree/101 Frwy

​

  • The office is open to see patients Tuesday to Friday.

  • Patients are scheduled from 8-4:30

  • Full time only

  • Candidate should be able to provide patient services to adults in the field of endocrinology only

  • Candidate should be able to perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education as well as ordering and interpreting test results and sending prescriptions

  • Types of patient care: Diabetes, Thyroid, Osteo, Hormones, Abnormal labs, Weight loss

 

Education and Licensure:

​

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam

  • Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.

  • DEA

 

Experience:

​

  • At least 1-2 year's of experience working as a Physician Assistant, preferably in internal medicine, family practice or endocrinology

  • Endocrinology Experience a plus

  • ECW-EMR experience a plus

Job Opportunity in San Diego, CA Region

Jenine Yager Stone, the Associate Director of Clinical Research at AMCR Institute, Inc., is looking for an APP in San Diego. 

 

The posting below is currently written for an MD/DO, but an NP/PA position will be available for a similar role in supporting diabetes and obesity trials as a sub-investigator.

Experience in diabetes management is strongly preferred for part-time or per diem positions. However, they are open to training an individual who is interested in a full-time hybrid position combining clinical care with research support (expectation of 3 days in clinic and 2 days in research).
